Supporting Reproductive Health Clinic

One of our Program for 2006 is supporting women's health in Bali .

In connection to this, BIWA Social Welfare team recently visited Dr. Upadisari of Badung Clinic for Women in the central market in Denpasar, Bali. BIWA has assisted Dr. Upadisari and her team before (see www.yrsbali.org).

According to Dr Upadisari, local women in this traditional Balinese market do not have the means to pay for follow-up treatment after their pap smears. BIWA has provided funds to help them produce flyers to advertise their services.
