Luncheon Guidelines

Information for bookings

Dear ladies,

The Monthly luncheons are very popular not only amongst the members but also non-members. We are happy to accomodate all of you and happy to have you. Therefore, please note that due to hotel catering and seating problems, we require all members that have booked a luncheon but do not attend to pay the full amount for their lunch, unless you give us 24 hours notice. Further, members who attend lunches and have not made a booking are required to the pay guest rate.

Price of each luncheon, member and non-member, will be announced well prior to the luncheon date, as they vary depending on the venue.
We are looking forward to seeing you at the next BIWA Luncheon.
